Comfort Options for Every Patient
Not every procedure — or every patient — needs the same approach to comfort. Some people are perfectly at ease with just local anesthesia, while others feel better with something to help them relax. We'll talk through your options at your consultation and help you choose what's right for your situation.
What We Offer
Local Anesthesia
Numbs the treatment area while you stay awake and aware. This is the standard approach for more straightforward procedures.
Nitrous Oxide
A mild, inhaled sedative that helps ease anxiety without putting you to sleep. It wears off quickly, so you can typically drive yourself home afterward. Usually paired with local anesthesia.
Oral Premedication
A calming medication taken before your visit, for patients who feel anxious about a procedure but don't need a deeper level of sedation.
IV Sedation
Delivered through a vein for a deeper, more complete state of relaxation. Often used for more involved procedures like wisdom teeth removal, or for patients with higher levels of dental anxiety. You'll need a driver for this option.
Monitored Every Step of the Way
Whichever option you choose, you're monitored continuously throughout your procedure for both comfort and safety. Our team is trained in sedation monitoring, and we tailor your plan to your health history ahead of time.
